ThyssenKrupp Access Releases The Star Seat
Grandview, Missouri – ThyssenKrupp Access has released a new, premium seat for its interchangeable seat stair lift, the Citia.
The new seat, called the Star, adds a more ergonomic and adaptable seat to the Citia lineup. The Star does away with the traditional remote pendant control. The Star uses a switch built into the ergonomically curved armrests for control. The Star also carries more options than any other chair in the Citia lineup.
“We really wanted this seat to give our customers options, so are offering the Star in nine different color configurations so that the Citia stair lift, coupled with the Star seat, will blend into any home décor,” Jim Quinly, manager of Business Development, ThyssenKrupp Access, said.
The Citia broke new ground in 2005 as the first stair lift to offer interchangeable seats. The Citia can be configured with one of 6 types of seats, from an economical all plastic seat, up to the new premium Star seat. More information can be found at the company’s web site, tkaccess.com.
